Skincare Product Development Director

Accountabilities

1. Responsible for developing skincare products formula , trial production and testing performance.

2. Follow the development trend of international global skincare products, explore the practical application of overseas new raw materials and new technologies.

3. Create the final formula , provide functional and natural ingredients that meet the safety regulations of different countries .

4. Responsible for the update of technical data, the preservation and management of technical data and trial sample data.

5.Conduct effective communication and keep good cooperative relations with factories and markets.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years relevant work experience in beauty product development.

2. Experience managing multiple direct reports.

3. Able to complete the entire process from formula to production independently, and be responsible for the results.

4. Familiar with the new product development process and formula design and-production process of conventional skin care products.

5.Is a team player, flexible,and able to adapt to changes,ability to think both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail.

6. Bachelor degree or above.
